CTIA Strengthens Leadership with Five Senior Promotions .
WASHINGTON, DC – CTIA® today announced five executive promotions, strengthening the association’s leadership across its communications, legal, state advocacy, regulatory affairs and government affairs teams.

Kevin Ryan has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Policy Communications, Kathryn Dall’Asta to Deputy General Counsel, Beth Cooley to Assistant Vice President of State Legislative Affairs, Kara Graves to Assistant Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Hank Kilgore to Assistant Vice President of Government Affairs.
