2017 brought the wireless industry so many things to be thankful for. Today, we’re highlighting 10 things that CTIA and its members are especially grateful for. Happy Thanksgiving!
We’re thankful for the appointments and confirmations of FCC Chairman Ajit Pai, FCC Commissioners Brendan Carr and Jessica Rosenworcel and NTIA Administrator David Redl.
We’re thankful for a thriving wireless industry. This year’s Annual Survey highlighted that the United States now has more mobile devices than people.
This Thanksgiving, we are thankful for the 74 new members who joined CTIA this year.
We are thankful for a competitive industry. 96.6% of Americans have a choice between 3 or more 4G wireless providers.
In addition to Marcelo Claure serving his second term as CTIA Chairman, we’re thankful for our strongest Board of Directors yet.
The wireless industry can’t win the global race to 5G without the work of senators and representatives. We are thankful for bipartisan support of innovation.
