CTIA Statement on Senate Action and House Introduction of E-FRONTIER Act .
“We thank Senators Cruz and Cortez Masto and Representatives Cardenas and Brooks for their bipartisan leadership on the E-FRONTIER Act and applaud today’s advancement of this legislation in the Senate. The bill makes clear that commercial wireless providers are best suited to build and manage secure 5G wireless networks and that competition and free-market principles—not a wholesale network monopoly—are essential to maintaining our nation’s wireless leadership.”
