WASHINGTON D.C.– The following statement is for attribution to CTIA® Senior Vice President for Government Affairs Kelly Cole, following the Senate reintroduction of the Startup Act.

“CTIA applauds Senators Moran, Warner, Blunt and Klobuchar for reintroducing the Startup Act. This legislation encourages American innovators and entrepreneurs to launch and grow creative, resourceful businesses. Many of these startups rely on the wireless ecosystem, and as we enter a 5G world, they will continue to boost our economy and transform our daily lives.”
