CTIA Statement on House Passage of SMART IoT Act .

WASHINGTON D.C.– The following statement is for attribution to CTIA® Senior Vice President for Government Affairs, Kelly Cole.

“We commend Chairmen Walden and Latta and Ranking Members Pallone and Schakowsky for their leadership on the SMART IoT Act and the House for passing this forward-looking legislation. This bipartisan bill will leverage industry efforts to develop innovative, secure IoT applications and ensure continued U.S. leadership in IoT development.”
