CTIA Statement on House Energy & Commerce Committee Markup of the Stopping Bad Robocalls Act .
“We commend the bipartisan work of Chairman Pallone, Ranking Member Walden, Chairman Doyle and Ranking Member Latta for passing the Stopping Bad Robocalls Act out of the Energy & Commerce Committee. We encourage the House of Representatives to pass this important legislation. The wireless industry is committed to protecting consumers, and we continue to work with lawmakers to help stop unwanted robocalls.”
