CTIA Statement on FCC Review of Mobile Broadband Wireless Deployment .
WASHINGTON – Please attribute the following statement to CTIA® Vice President Regulatory Affairs, Scott Bergmann.
“By any measure, mobile wireless broadband deployment is ‘reasonable and timely’. U.S. wireless providers continue to offer innovative services and lead the world in 4G LTE which is available to virtually all Americans. To maintain this leadership and meet rising consumer demand as wireless networks evolve to include 5G, the FCC must allocate new spectrum, clear hurdles to infrastructure deployment and adopt the right mix of policies to further facilitate mobile wireless broadband services.”
