CTIA Statement on 9-1-1 SAVES Act .
“CTIA supports the 9-1-1 SAVES Act, which will ensure that 9-1-1 dispatchers and operators are reclassified and appropriately recognized for their life-saving contributions to our communities. These skilled telecommunicators are a vital part of the public safety workforce, and we thank Senators Burr and Klobuchar and Representatives Torres and Fitzpatrick for their bipartisan efforts in support of this worthy cause.”
