CTIA Applauds Chairman Walden & Ranking Member Pallone on Securing RAY BAUM’S Act in Omnibus Bill .
“Chairman Walden and Ranking Member Pallone have demonstrated strong bipartisan leadership in securing the inclusion of the RAY BAUM’S Act in the Omnibus appropriations bill, ensuring the FCC has the necessary authority to hold spectrum auctions in 2018. The inclusion of Chairman Thune and Ranking Member Nelson’s MOBILE NOW language provides additional key infrastructure and spectrum reforms, and we look forward to the bill’s swift House and Senate passage.”
