Earlier, keynote host and CTIA -The Wireless Association® President and CEO Steve Largent took center stage to screen the industry’s new and award-winning video titled; "Wireless: There’s Magic in the Air." Largent also urged attendees to contact their elected representatives in Washington to express support for the Senate Communications Bill which seeks to establish a consistent, national regulatory framework for wireless service.

The morning concluded with a roundtable discussion featuring some of the brightest minds in Enterprise I.T. The session was moderated by the Editorial Director of eWeek, Mr. Eric Lundquist. Panelists shared many examples of how wireless is transforming the American workday.

Day One also featured a variety of insightful Education Sessions focusing on themes of critical importance to the mobile enterprise and entertainment world.

Among the highlight sessions on the Day One enterprise track was Wireless Solutions by Vertical moderated by Yankee Group Vice President, Eugene Signorini. Industry executives in health care, finance, utilities, and transportation shared numerous case studies of how wireless technology is radically changing the way we do business by improving productivity and efficiency.

The "Location Based Services in Enterprise: Customer Successes with LBS" Ed.
