Combining his extensive business career with nearly 20 years of service as a special operations officer (Navy SEAL), Hill is extraordinarily qualified to address the deployment of communications technology in response to commercial and government challenges. He has served in leadership positions at WebSolve, Visual Networks and Financial Interactive, and had successful tenures at UUNET and Booz Allen & Hamilton.
