Brightpoint Announces Logistics Agreement with XOHM, a Sprint Business Unit

PLAINFIELD, Ind. – April 2, 2008 – Brightpoint North America L.P., a subsidiary of Brightpoint, Inc. (NASDAQgs: CELL), has entered into a Logistics Fulfillment and Services agreement with Sprint’s XOHM business unit in support of their upcoming launch of a next generation mobile WiMAX network.

Brightpoint will provide a comprehensive logistics solution for several of XOHM’s distribution sales channels, including web-based and EDI ordering capabilities, distribution and fulfillment. Services will include inventory management, order processing, product fulfillment, Care support, invoicing, credit/collections, and reverse logistics support.
