Wireless AMBER Alerts
This initiative is a free public service that allows America's 200 million-plus wireless subscribers the ability to help law enforcement in the search for abducted children by opting in to receive Wireless AMBER Alerts as text messages.
Text2Help
This initiative is a voluntary, cooperative partnership between the Wireless Foundation and the American Red Cross that allows customers of participating wireless carriers to send a text message to the American Red Cross and make a donation for relief efforts during a major natural disaster.
